After a short meeting with Raymond and Claire, they realised that they could maximise their investment returns by selling their HDB flat and reinvesting their funds into two Private Residential Assets with great potential returns and rental yield.
After advising them with a clear property investment strategy, Raymond and Claire are now proud owners of a great private property that commands very high monthly returns in the current market economy.
