After advising them with a clear property investment strategy, Raymond and Claire are now proud owners of a great private property that commands very high monthly returns in the current market economy. I am working closely with them to inform them of suitable projects so that they can reinvest their additional available assets from the sale of their HDB into a second private property when the right opportunity arises.
